  • On-line games, through the BetClic Everest Group, in collaboration with the Société des Bains de Mer of Monaco
  • Audiovisual and digital production, through the Banijay Group, in collaboration with Arnault, Exor (an Agnelli family holding), De Agostini and AMS Industries, the 5th largest independent TV producer in the world
  • Audiovisual technical services, including via shares in European leader Euro Media Group
  • Internet, by creating and guiding high-value-added companies in France and around the world, such as My Major Company, the leading participative music label
  • Energy, through Direct Energie, in collaboration with Louis Dreyfus, the leading alternative distributor of electricity in France

Created in 1863, Société des Bains de Mer et du Cercle des Etrangers de Monaco is a société anonyme (limited company) incorporated under Monegasque law and listed on the Paris stock exchange.

Its main activities are gaming, hotels and restaurants, but it also has a portfolio of property, spa, sports, artistic and cultural activities.

A real benchmark for luxury tourism, it owns and manages the finest tourist, artistic and sports assets in the Principality, notably the Monte-Carlo casino, Hôtel de Paris, Hôtel Hermitage, Opéra Garnier de Monte-Carlo, the Monte-Carlo Country Club, the Monte-Carlo Golf Club, Sporting Monte-Carlo with its famous Salle des Etoiles and Jimmy’z Monte-Carlo.

The group is based in Monaco, where it employs almost 3,800 people.
